Previous incidents

The SL Transport API may intermittently deny requests due to significant increases in overall traffic. When the server is under heavy load, it may return an HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) response, regardless of the number of requests made by the individual client.

This means that the 429 response is not necessarily caused by the client exceeding a specific request limit, but can instead be triggered by increased traffic or load on the SL Transport API as a whole.

We have identified a configuration problem as the root cause and resolved the problem.
